SMS Text Messaging Terms & Consent

Tru Diligence Property Management ("Tru Diligence," "we," "us") offers text (SMS) messaging to existing tenants and vendors for operational communications related to the properties we manage. This page explains what messages we send, how consent is collected, and how to opt out.

Messages we send

We send operational, account-related texts only. We do not send marketing or promotional messages. Message types include:

• Maintenance request notifications and work order confirmations
• Rent reminders and account alerts
• Scheduling and vendor dispatch coordination

How consent is collected

Consent is collected verbally by a Tru Diligence representative during tenant onboarding, lease signing, or vendor setup. Before any texts are sent, the recipient provides their mobile number and gives verbal permission using the following disclosure:

The recipient's verbal consent, the date, and the mobile number provided are recorded on the recipient's resident or vendor record in our property management system. A confirmation text is sent to the recipient shortly after opt-in.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on activity related to your tenancy or vendor engagement.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

Reply HELP to any message, or contact your property manager directly for assistance.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
