Our story
One rental. Three kids. Fifteen years.
It started with a single decision. Ron and Anna Sharp took out a loan against their 401k to fund the down payment on their first rental property — with one goal in mind: pay for his daughter's college. Fifteen years later, that home is paid off and will fund a large portion of her education.
They did it again for their second child. And their third.
When friends started seeing the results, they asked Ron to help manage their properties too. That's how Tru Diligence Property Management was born — not from a business plan, but from real results that other investors wanted a piece of.

Born and raised in Guthrie, Oklahoma. Licensed real estate agent with 20 years in the OKC market. Owns 25 investment properties. Father of three, husband to Anna.
Madison Chandler
Leasing Agent
An up-and-coming force in residential real estate, Madison is focused on learning every aspect of the business — from construction to investing to property management. He brings energy and attention to detail to every placement.
Jarrett Reed
Marketing & Scheduling
Jarrett grew up in Owasso, Oklahoma and earned a degree in Biblical Counseling and a master's in Church Ministry. Former COO of Summer Moon Oklahoma. CrossFit enthusiast, coffee lover, and proud dog dad to Charlie Puth.
