These Terms & Conditions govern communications and services provided by Tru Diligence Property Management ("we," "us," "our") to tenants and vendors of the properties we manage.
SMS text messaging program
By providing verbal consent and your mobile number to a Tru Diligence representative, you agree to receive operational text messages from us, including maintenance request notifications, work order confirmations, rent reminders, and account alerts. This is not a marketing program.
- Message frequency varies based on activity related to your tenancy or vendor engagement.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- To opt out, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
- For help, reply HELP or contact your property manager.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Use of services
Our communications and services are provided for the management of tenancies and vendor relationships. You agree to provide accurate contact information and to use our communications for their intended purpose.
Privacy
Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number or messaging consent to third parties.
